Federal Apostille Service:

Fees charged per document. 

  • $175 for the first/one document

  • $75 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order

National Apostille Service:

Fees charged per document. 

  • $250 for the first/one document

  • $100 for each additional document requiring an apostille from the same State as part of the same order

  • $35 for UPS rush delivery of completed documents within the U.S.

Local/County Authentication Required
Local/County Authentication NOT Required:

Fees charged per document. 

  • $225 for the first/one document

  • $75 for each additional document requiring an apostille from the same State as part of the same order

  • $35 for UPS rush delivery of completed documents within the U.S.

Translation Service:

Fees charged per document/page. Translations are certified and notarized.

  • $85 for each vital record translated, up to one page

  • $85 for a one page document

  • $35 for each additional page translated
