CALIFORNIA APOSTILLE SERVICE

We offer affordable rates for California Apostille Services. Our main service center is located in Sacramento, California. Simply ship your document(s) to us for authentication and apostille services. All Priority, Rush, and Next Business Day orders are filed in person with the Issuing Authority. Completed orders are returned via USPS Priority mail at no additional cost when shipped within the United States. Delivery of completed Apostille Service Orders to an address outside of the U.S. are subject to a minimum shipping fee of $65. UPS overnight and international shipping options available for an additional fee.

Common documents we receive for authentication and apostille services include, but are not limited to, the following:

Any documents that require notarization MUST be notarized prior to shipping them to our California service center. Documents that are not notarized will be returned to you. All documents submitted must be original copies unless the document has been certified by a California notary public (if allowed under California Notary Laws). Notarial wording and certificates will be reviewed upon receipt of your documents. If the notarial wording is not compliant, we will return your document to you.

 

Only original certified copies of vital records; birth, death, and marriage certificates will be accepted. To ensure a successful completion of your apostille order, it is best when vital records have been issued within the last 5 years and issued by a County Recorder/County Clerk's office. Vital records are certified by the issuing agency and do not require notarization. Any vital records we receive that are notarized will be returned to you.

Standard Service:

Standard orders are typically completed in 4 weeks from the time they are filed with the Issuing Authority*

  • $95 for one document

  • $50 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order. 

Priority Service:

Priority orders are typically completed within 5-7 business days from the time they are filed with the Issuing Authority*

  • $155 for one document

  • $50 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order.

Rush Service:

Rush orders are typically completed in 2-3 business days from the time they are filed with the Issuing Authority*

  • $215 or one document

  • $50 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order.

Next Business Day Service:

Next Business Day orders are filed and completed on the next calendar business day from when document(s) are received.*

  • $325 for one document

  • $55 for each additional document submitted as part of the same order.

*Service and completion times begin when your document is filed with the Issuing Authority. Shipping, transit, and delivery times are not included in the estimated completion times list above. Service and completion times are estimates.
